Introduction -
Corona virus which is commonly called us COVID - 19 is an infectious disease. This is a new virus and it spread ratio is very Fast COVID - 19 was first identified December 2019 in Wuhan city of China. 🇨🇳
But now, this virus has spread to almost all countries of the world. 🌎 In March 2020, the world 🌎 health organizations (WHO) declared 📜 the COVID - 19 outbreak a pandemic.
Symptoms -
tha most common symptoms of corona virus are fever, cough and Short - Ness of breath. some patients may have aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose 👃 and sore throat.
Most people recover from the disease without needing special treatment. Older people and those with underlying medical problems like high blood pressure, heart problems or dia- illness.
How does COVID - 19 Spread - This disease can spread from person to person through small droplets from the nose 👃 or mouth which are spread when a person with COVID - 19 coughs or exhales.
People can also be infected by touching a contaminated Surface and then their eyes, 👀 mouth or nose 👃 prevention of COVID - 19 -
1. Wash hands 🙌 regularly and carefully with soap 🧼 or sanitizer.
2. Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing .
3. Wear a mask 😷 that covers your nose 👃 and mouth to help protect yourself and others.
4. Get a COVID - 19 vaccine when it is available to you.
5. Stay home 🏡 as much as possible.
6. Monitor your health daily.
Conclusion -
We are facing a trying time ⏲️ in history. we are all confused about the virus that has entered into the world 🌎 but we are not confused about your protection.
It is a time ⏲️ to learn from and a time to reflect and think forward from. Be will, Be strong, 💪 Be safe, 🙏 Be positive and as always take care of yourself and each other.
